Umana S.p.A. with Acquera Group are proud to announce the launch of a new project dedicated to the luxury tourism sector. Acquera is a leading fast growing company in the luxury yachting industry, encompassing 22 offices in 14 countries around the Mediterranean and the Caribbean We are looking for international talents for the role of Experience & Luxury Guest Manager willing to develop the specific skills needed to navigate and evolve a multifaced business. We aim on developing their ability to deliver high quality services and promote exclusive experiences. The Experience & Luxury Guest Manager has the responsibility of designing and formalising offers of tailor made events and exclusive experiences for clients, yacht owners and their guests, coordinating also with the internal team. This role will be in charge of the development of these events ensuring proper resources and extremely high quality standards, building a database of Assets/Resources and their contacts, delivering the visual elements to be used in marketing and also in the proposals to clients. Required skills To apply for this role you’ll need: • Excellent knowledge of the English language • Advanced digital literacy and management • Ability to communicate effectively • Organizational skills • Problem solving and negotiation skills • Enjoys teamwork • Confidentiality, flexibility, availability and high level of stress tolerance • Ambition and drive • Preferable background education: Humanities, Languages, Art Managment, Communication. The career of the successful candidate will start with a completely free professional course in Venice aimed to develop their ability to deliver high quality services and promote exclusive experiences. After that, he/she will become part of a respected and ambitious team who offer support to a variety of different projects and will be integrated in the team at Venezia, Napoli, Siracusa, Arzachena and Civitavecchia.
